However we here at Project: Mooncircle like to see this as two dynamic forces of nature coming together in parallel universes, delivering cosmic opted sonics with science-fiction narrative conventions in a metaphysical tone. Robot Robinson is the FUTURE from Earth to Mars to Venus to Jupiter and Beyond, this project spells out the attempts to bring a different pitch of vocals to the world of Electronic Music. Robinson being no stranger to the scientifical lyrical approach along with Robot’s evolutionary voyage prone soundscapes this one is a sure shot! Eyecatching artwork courtesy of Ben Keyser.</div><div><br /></div><div>"Body Rocker" is a furious combination of buzzsaws, wobbly bass lines, and inventive melodies lines comprised of pseudo-rave stabs and bell-chine synths. The track is a subdued head nodder designed to m...ove bodies, just as its title indicates. Oakland, CA's Dr. Knobz teams up with Carly D to give the track a crunk rubdown while maintaining the moodiness of the original with a wall of synth melodies. The bass is pure glitchy, speaker shredding goodness that is hard to ignore. Mischievious San Francisco producers Mycho Pan Cocoa and El Diablo cook up a remix that is noisy and glitchy with booming dub bass and gorgeous bell-chime melodies while in contrast El Diablo and Zombie-J's pairing is a concise, hard charging track heavy on the bass wobbles. Skulltrane goes for the Hotflush/aquacrunk style and delivers a deep, dubby affair that focuses on the melancholy found in the original's melodic elements. It's well done and should appeal to fans of both dubstep and techno. Colorado-based producer Zeno's remix is also in the same vein, this one focusing on more of a moody garage feel with heavy bass accents. It's a perfect change of pace track with a partyworthy vocal snippet. "Hexdex" is a b-side bonus beats cut and just like Ceeker's other original - a curious mix of melodies and moodiness.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>TRACKLISTING</div><div>01 Body Rocker </div><div>02 Body Rocker (Dr. Knobz & Carly D Remix)</div><div>03 Body Rocker (Zeno Remix)</div><div>04 Hexadex (Bonus track)</div><div>05 Body Rocker (Mycho Pan Cocoa & El Diablo Remix)</div><div>06 Body Rocker (El Diablo & Zombie-J Remix)</div><div>07 Body Rocker (Skulltrane Remix)</div><div><br /></div><div><a href="https://www.beatport.com/en-US/html/content/release/detail/276040/Body%20Rocker">Available Exclusively with Beatport. </a></div><div><a href="http://mallabelmusic.s3.amazonaws.com/audio/ceeker/body_rocker/mp3s/hexadex.mp3"><br /></a></div><div><a href="http://mallabelmusic.s3.amazonaws.com/audio/ceeker/body_rocker/mp3s/hexadex.mp3">Free ZOMBIE-J 320 HEXADEX</a></div>MalLabel Musichttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08217185880503273850noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4063113342981186005.post-5162626533128732422010-08-21T13:48:00.000-07:002010-08-21T13:48:53.114-07:00Free Music from ZEDS DEAD!!!<img border="0" height="0" src="http://counters.gigya.com/wildfire/IMP/CXNID=2000002.0NXC/bT*xJmx*PTEyODI*MjMyOTYxNDgmcHQ9MTI4MjQyMzM3NjgyMiZwPTI3MDgxJmQ9d2lkZ2V*UGxheWVyJmc9MiZvPTcyZTI3ZDgy/NTU4NDQ4OGM5NjkxMGQ5YzUwNTQ1ZTk1Jm9mPTA=.gif" style="height: 0px; visibility: hidden; width: 0px;" width="0" /><br />

I a really happy that Cottonmouth got back in to the game and look forward to hearing his future production. "COTTONMOUTH has been producing music since he was 14 years old when he got the drum n bass bug, which consumed him. Since his early days, his taste in music has expanded into Dubstep/Electronica/Electro/IDM and much more. Cottonmouth has already become a Soundcloud favorite, with a hefty following, he continues to challenge the boundaries of electronic music. He recently had a 6 year break to find himself after a life threatening skating accident, where he attempted to jump the Cheddar Gorge near Bristol, England. He has returned triumphant, with a whole host of new tunes and ideas that are guaranteed to leave your ears wondering what hit them. If the Stapedius (ear) is the smallest muscle in the body, Cottonmouth’s tunes will ensure that even the largest muscle in the body, the Gluteus Maximus (ass) will be unable to hold still and start shaking of it’s own accord.</div><br />
You can expect a lot more from this artist who has returned from the grave."<br />
<br />
Watch out for his debut EP dropping in Summer 2010.<br />

<br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">1.“Moving On” opens by paying homage to that pioneer of Dubstep, Johann</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Sebastian Bach, with its contrapuntal fugue intro. If that sounds like another</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">language, not to worry: the bass drops hard, and we’re off to the three-legged</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Dubstep races.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">2.“Chinese Breakaway” cranks up the intensity and turns the Dubstep wobble</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">inside out with constant variations over a heavy beat that would make John</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Bonham tap his toes and Rick Allen clap his hands.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">3.“Stompbox” uses vocal samples and a simple hook to build to several</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">climaxes, and is a surefire dance floor mover.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">4.Closing with the aptly named “Faceslap,” Cottonmouth leaves us wanting</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">more. The unsettling melody and changing rhythms keep us on our toes until</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">the final wobbly bass note echoes into nothingness.</span><br />

The duo, having worked together since 2007, have a discography that spans an handful of some of the US’s most prized labels, including Full Melt, Bassism, Filthy Digital, Savory Audio, and also MalLabel. Their remixes of 6Blocc’s “Bad Boy” and DZ’s “Untitled Facemelter” on MalLabel proved to be dancefloor destroyers, and “The Magic Hour LP” is filled from beginning to end with the same vibey West Coast darkness. “Creature Funk” opens the album to a raunchy, chuggy, driving stepper, “Dialers,” “Madhouse,” and “Kik May Boots” are all straight forward, driving anthems. The album is sure to please the masses. </div><br />

A powerful and energetic force on the decks, El Diablo is responsible for the music behind MalLabel’s theme song ‘Rollin With My Crew,’ and is known to flip it to psyphy when the BPM is getting too high, but the crowd’s high is just right. Our own devil with the following details: party rocking crazy pants. MalLabel is psyched to kick out El Diablo’s new jam. The “Rollin With My Crew” E.P. is a funky escapade into a mad world of mischievous knob-twiddling joy rides that will surely fill your modulation needs. Come along and roll deep with MalLabel crew on waves of devilish bass delight, with reworking by none other than LA powerhouse 6Blocc, a hyphy collab with Dub Terrain’s CI, and a bangin reformation of HD4000’s previous MalLabel release “Jekal” as a free download to boot. If you want to get some boom for your whip or need some beats for your hip, you need to grab a piece of this.<a href="http://mallabelmusic.com/eldiablo">"Rollin With My Crew".</a></div><br />

Not in any way an accident, the spitfire tracks number 13 in this masterful passage of audio gluttony, each opus glistening with Pan Cocoa’s signature coat of slippery sexy step. Remixers Zeno, The Faun, and Ribotto play supporting rolls in Mycho’s odyssey of swanky whomp, wonky bass, reality-fractalling rhythms. MalLabel is deeply enthralled to get behind the fiery character that is MPC, and are proud to endorse this enchanting collection of party tales. <a href="http://mallabelmusic.com/mycho">Low Frequency High Life.</a></div><br />

He finished off the new Jahcoozi album “Barefoot Wanderer” which is coming out on Bpitch Control this spring. Coinciding with the release of his “Death Star Droid Remix EP” (incl fresh mixes by Loops Haunt, Blue Daisy etc). Robot Koch was on tour in the USA and Mexico, stopping by in LA for a stunning gig at Low End Theory and finally settled down for 2 months in Mexcio City, where he found time to work on new material with his girlfriend and singer Grace . Visiting some ancient Maya and Atztec sites and Pyramids sure added to the spaced out magic of the new EP. The new material is dark, percussive and surreal. Like an audible painting my leonora carrington. Its dubby but not dubstep, rather next step maybe. The songs are heavy and dripping with analog and organic sounds…. Lo Fi field recording mashed up with heavy bass and unquantized grooves. Live sounds like guitars work like samples. Vocal talent Grace, that was already featured on the Death Star Droid album and the last EP brings in a dark and yet soulful gospel vibe over Koch’s twisted beat concoctions. This EP is only a taster of the new album that should be ready to drop in october on Project: Mooncircle.</div><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Why do you call yourself Robot Koch?:</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Why a Robot? my real name is Robert, people just nickname me Robot because I don't sleep and make beats like a machine apparently.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Where are you from?:</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i> </i><b>Berlin.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">How long have you been doing what you do?:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Started making music at the age of 15. Now I am 32, so do the math. ;)</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>You have a very rich earthy sound that seems to stray into glitched out tangents and back again. But in a Zen like way. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>But also art inspires me... Sometimes its just clouds and</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>the way the light looks that inspires me.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Tell us something about this EP that you haven't told anybody yet.:</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>I made most of it in the kitchen in our flat in Mexico City, when I</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>lived there in February/March, some of it on a plane and it was the first</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>time i made music again after a 2 month break.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>What's next?:</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>I`m involved in a project called NRBLN with Jahcoozi, Gebrüder</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Teichmann and Modeslektor. Its a cross culture project with artists from</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Berlin and from Nairobi in Kenya. </b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Also I will be working on my album which should drop in late 2010. Noble Savage EP Vol. 1<br />
by Knowa Knowone<br />
<br />
The term "noble savage" expresses the idealized concept of the natural man and the innate goodness of one not exposed to the corrupting influences of civilization. The Noble Savage EP is an expression of the conflict between nature and western society as well as the fusion of modern music technology and indigenous music technique.<br />
<br />
Taking influence from all over the world, Noble Savage starts out on the Big Island of Hawaii, with a psychedlic surf dub jam featuring The Laboratory and guitar of Open Mike. Track two is a Dubstep version of a latin Cumbia from Colombia. It then moves into deeper and darker spaces with the title track Noble Savage feating the keyboardist Makila, and the danceable, arabian influenced, Sands of Allah. The final track, "Bass Tribe 2012" is a neo-tribal experimental piece used in performances by the Dakini Temple's Elizabeth Bast.<br />
<br />
"We abhor that brutality which, under the gaudy names of ambition and glory, . . . sheds the blood of men who are all brothers."<br />

Instantly stuffing his face with dark roasted beats and heavy salted bass he shocked the world as the infant with a gluttonous appetite for anything FAT. Every year Pat would get a little bit hungrier and grow a little bit fatter until he became a ball of fleshy cottage cheese. With his never ending vortex of griminess inside of him, Pat's stomach produces thrashing flatulents that entrance spectators in its warm and wet embrace. Indulge in the experience of thick musky bass explosions and jiggling funky flab the world has grown to know as FAT PAT.</div><br />
